Park Ji-sung (Hangul: 박지성) referred to as JISUNG (Hangul: 지성) is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor born in Mia-dong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul on February 5, 2002. He is the main dancer, sub-vocalist, sub-rapper of NCT DREAM and NCT U.

• August 24, 2016: Made his debut in the sub-unit NCT DREAM with the first digital single, "Chewing Gum".
• March 14, 2018: Participated in the project unit NCT 2018 with the first full album, NCT 2018 EMPATHY.

Training and childhood

• JISUNG was a trainee for 3 years.
  • He was accepted to SM Entertainment through a dancing contest recruit in South Korea.

  • JISUNG joined in 2013 and debuted in 2016.
• He was announced as a NCT member in August 2016.
• In 5th grade, JISUNG tried out for the show Dancing 9 and SM contacted him through it. Although he initially did not want to join, his mom convinced him.
  • JISUNG, along with MARK and Hansol, was introduced as an SMROOKIES member on December 17, 2013.
• JISUNG originally wanted his stage name to be Peter.
• If he wasn't an idol, he would be a soccer player, an employee at an entertainment company, or a manager.

Casting story

• Got cast through a dance competition, he was young to understand what scouted means but fortunately, his mother knows the senior artists of SM Entertainment and is a fan of TVXQ and SHINee and accepted the offer. JISUNG and CHENLE met way back pre-debut at the International Children’s Concert 2013 that was aired on Chinese TV and later debuted together as NCT DREAM’s maknae.
